Melissa Henry comes from Boorowa. Melissa came because she is a professional young farmer and also because we need help!!!! Melissa Henry taught us that first the wool gets sheared off the sheep's back, and than it gets transported to the scrapping and the combing plant. Melissa Henry keeps her own wool, spins it and it turns out really fine. It turns out like cotton. Farming Champion Melissa Henry is crazy about wool and her flock of sheep and living and working in rural and regional Australia. We enjoyed Melissa's company and her knowledge. She is a very intelligent farmer and always gets the job done and dusted. She is a role model to the younger girls that want a job as a farmer and a job in the Australian Wool Industry. Melissa won lots of medals for her wool and her beautiful sheep. Melissa mainly has Merino sheep. Thanks so much for coming to Jugiong to share your knowledge about the Wool Industry.
